Are you a compassionate caregiver with a heart for mental health and substance abuse recovery?
We’re seeking a dedicated and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our transitional care home in Queens where we provide supportive, ADL-focused care for residents navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
This is more than just a CNA job—it’s a meaningful opportunity to make a real impact on lives in a low-stress environment with a low patient census, warm meals provided, and a collaborative team that truly cares.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assist residents in reaching their mental health and recovery goals
- Observe and document resident status using NextGen EMR
- Work alongside a compassionate team of nurses and support staff
- Contribute to a calm, structured, and healing environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Active NY CNA certification
- Experience in behavioral health or substance abuse settings (preferred)
- A dependable, empathetic, and team-focused approach
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with consistency and compassion
