Servicing the Community Service Board of Middle Georgia. Will conduct: behavior identification; observational behavioral follow-up; and exposure behavioral follow-up assessments. Will guide behavioral plan development – interventions and strategies of children with Autism in an outpatient program setting; identifies function of challenging behavior and crucial behaviors to target. Monitors and evaluates treatment effectiveness. Acts as a clinical teacher providing: education, supervision, observation of activities and service delivery of BCaBA and Registered Behavior Technicians.

Job Responsibilities: Full-time equivalent employee.

Competencies: Advanced Clinical skills in Autism. Also possesses know-how to establish program goals, strategies and priorities. Ability to interpret data and reports related to program. Ability to select intervention and strategies based on needs, desires and abilities of childRequired Minimum Qualifications: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). BCBA must have a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. BCBA must be a masters/graduate level independent practitioner who provides behavior-analytic services. May supervise the work of BCaBA and RBTs.
