Payroll Specialist – Gilbert, AZ
Job Description:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced medical staffing agency
- New hire entries
- Employee terminations
- Process weekly payrolls for both W2 and 1099 contractors
- Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly billing
- Review contracts, agreements, and purchase orders as it relates to processing contractor payroll and client invoicing
- Filing
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of multi-state payroll experience
- Excel – Moderate to Mid-Level experience
- Microsoft Outlook Experience
- Must be well organized, dependable and detail-orientated
