Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Compensation
- $51,041 – $70,557/year (Without National Certification)
- $56,241 – $77,707/year (With National Certification)
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Salary negotiable based on CVOR experience
Schedule
- Primarily Day Shift
- 4x10-hour shifts per week
- On-call rotation required
Role Overview
Seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to support cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care across all age groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scrub duties for cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Maintain sterile field and adhere to OR protocols
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
- Support patient care across all age populations
- Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program (required for post-2009 graduates)
- Minimum 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience
- Required: CVOR (Cardiovascular OR) experience
Certifications
One of the following required:
- CST (NBSTSA)
- TS-C (NCCT)
- AST
Additional requirement:
- BCLS Certification
