Job Description
Director of Clinical Operations
- This individual is responsible for directing all Clinical Laboratory Operational Functions at the Central Laboratory. Key responsibilities include overseeing these functions to ensure high production, efficiency, quality and a high level of client satisfaction. This Director contributes to the C-suite functions of planning, strategy, research and development and overall operations of the Central Laboratory including the management of data systems and reporting.
- 40 Hours Per Week (Days)
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences and Medical technology training –or- requirements as defined in Section 493.1461 of Public Health Service Act 42 CFR Part 493 CLIA 88 for general supervisor.
- Training and relevant experience in high complexity testing of Hematology, Immunology, Chemistry, Toxicology or Microbiology. 4+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting with at least 2+ supervisory experience required.
- This position is located in Northwest Indiana very close to the Illinois border with an outstanding integrated laboratory network. Located only less than 45 min South of Chicago! Full benefits included as well as other incentives.
