- Non-Profit Community Mental Health and Primary Care
- O/P - No Call - General Health / MAT Treatment
- See all Adults or Adults / Kids mix
- Provide primary care to patients in an integrated setting
- Work with multiple FNPs, PMHNP's and Psychiatrists
- Monday - Friday - 5(8's) or 4(10's) schedule
- $50K Federal Loan Repay eligible via federal NHSC program
- $140K-$150K + negotiable signing / relo bonus
