Hospital Employed CRNA Opportunity
- $225,000 Base Salary
- $125,000 Student Loan Assistance over 5 Years
- $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $18,000 for Relocation Assistance
- Annual Performance Bonus of $5,000
- $3,000 per year for CME Dues and Fees
- Annual 7% Retention Bonus
- Work Schedule: 2 Weeks on; 1 Week off
- 401k matches up to 4%
