Central Florida Hospital Seeks 2 CRNAs

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced CRNA to work locum shifts in Ocala Florida (FL). Start date June 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The CRNA role:

• Reason for need: short staffed
• Average Time to Credential: 90 days
• Types of Cases: Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinal, central and arterial line placement.
• Required Procedures: General to Trauma/will consider non-trauma CRNAs for general cases.
• Trauma Designation: Level 2 Trauma Center
• # of Operating Rooms: 15
• EMR: Meditech
• Shift Days: 4-10 hours preferred, but could also have some variability with 12-hour shifts
• Call Required: Flexible- Would prefer CRNA who could help out with call rotation., but would consider CRNA without call.
• Weekend Required: Flexible - The site could use weekend help with call rotation, not required.
• Minimum Number of shifts per month: prefer full-time coverage
• Current Available Shifts: 4-10's, 3-12's. Would prefer CRNA to help with call rotation, would consider without. Call schedule TBD with Chief CRNA as current needs fluctuate due to current staffing numbers on site.

Requirements of the CRNA role:

• FL state license; active, unrestricted
• Active Board certified- NBCRNA
• FL DEA
• 2 YEARS of experience
• CRNA must be cross-credentialed at West Marion Community Hospital in case of need at that site
• Certifications- BLS and ACLS
• Must have 1 year of CRNA experience
