Job Description
- Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Clinical Information:
- 14 CRNA's needed.
- Daily patient volume:18000 cases annually (roughly 50-60 cases/day)
- MDs " no first call at night " 2nd call from home 1:9.
- CRNAs " 8,10,12,16,24hr shifts " second call from home 2x month.
- EMR: Medaxion
- Adult patients
- CRNA's may cover the following type of cases: thoracic, major vascular, OB, neuro, trauma, o/p, preop screening, ortho
- Inpatient
- Support Staff: RN
- Required:
- Must take at least 1 call shift per month.
- Board Certified
- Active Florida state license
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
