SCHEDULE:

Full time
M-F 7am-3:30pm
No Weekend Requirements
No On Call Requirements

DETAILS:

Adult & Peds
Vent Management
Average 4 cases per day
EMR is Epic
Sparrow will be responsible for mileage and accommodations if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

AANA Certified
Active MI license
BLS, ACLS, PALS
COVID Vaccination
Minimum of 2 years experience (No new grads)
Clean background with no malpractice
Local providers within driving distance
CRNA is available full time

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

AANA
ACLS
BLS
PALS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Michigan
