Job Description
Premier Physician Services, LLC has locum assignments for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide full-time care within hospital settings located in Boone, NC and in Winston-Salem, NC.
Assignments are for 3 months, with an option to extend services.
Hours are:
Boone, NC Medical Center are 7:00am to 3:00pm, 5 days per week.
Winston-Salem, NC Medical Center are Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts or 12 hour shifts.
Must be able to provide care to all age groups.
Qualification requirements are:
- Must possess board certification.
- Must possess a North Carolina state license.
- Must have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience.
- Must have a clean background and no malpractice concerns.
- COVID & Flu vaccinations (medical/religious exemptions only)
Start date are scheduled for the end of August 2023. Credentialing timeframe is 90 days.
