Locum CRNA-Western Massachusetts-117462 Must have an active state license Start Date: 8/18/2023 Dates: through 12/31/2023 COVID Vaccination Required Is there a state specific CSR that will be needed? CSR Certifications required: BC Level III Trauma Center Types of cases: all cases general (Laparoscopic cholecystectomy/appy) , robotic (Gastric Bypass, prostates), vascular (Endo AAA, A-V fistulas, CAE's), ortho, mastectomies, cystoscopy's Credentialing: 6 weeks Work Schedule: 5 shifts at 8 hours is preferred, but will take 1 FTE at 4 shifts for 10 hours. 7-330p or 7-530p No call required (but can if interested) Never worry about your travel accommodations again!
