JOB TYPE: 10-99 Locums Contract
JOB NUMBER: 47119
DESCRIPTION:
· Starting 3/15/2024- ongoing
· 6 OR's will be staffed Monday-Friday, 6:30a-3:30p
· Call Rotation 1:6
· 5500 total cases in 2023
· 3000 GI cases, 440 OB, 1200 Ophthalmology
· Just hired an Orthopedic surgeon so must be comfortable with General Orthopedics
REQUIRED:
· OK state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified NBCRNA and DEA required
· COVID-19 Vaccine Required
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate
· Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
· Starting 3/15/2024
· Monday-Friday, 6:30a-3:30p
