LOCATION: Reading Pennsylvania
JOB TYPE: 10-99 Locums Contract
JOB NUMBER: 42647
DESCRIPTION:
· Starting 6/10/2024- Ongoing
· Needs a full-time provider- at lease 3-4 weeks a month- No Call
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4–10-hour shifts, OT will be applied after a 40 hour work week
· Credentialing takes 80-90 days
· EMR: Epic
· Standard Procedures: A lines, central lines, PICC lines, IV sticks, LP, emergent intubations
· Supervised
· Needs to see all ages
REQUIRED:
· PA state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified and BLS required
· COVID-19 Vaccine Required
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate
· Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
· Starting 6/10- ongoing, Full-time M-F
