DESCRIPTION:
· Starting- 6/17/24- ongoing
· Outpatient
· 7 OR’s, 2 procedure rooms
· MD’s on site supervise CRNA’s
· Cases: General, Ortho, plastics, ENT, GI, GYN, Eyes, peds
· Paper charting- No EMR
REQUIRED:
· FL State license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified NBCRNA and DEA required
· COVID-19 Vaccine Required
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate
· Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
· 5 days per week, 40 hours per week Monday- Friday 7a-3p; plus lunch break, 20 shift per month - full-time
· 60 days, clean files only
