Job Description

This southwest Georgia Health System is currently seeking certified CRNAs and AAs. Nestled in SW Georgia, this network of providers offers greater access to patients in our region and is comprised of:

3-5.99 $200,000
6-9.99 $210,000
10 plus years $230,000
On Call Compensation, Incentive Pay and Bonuses

Beeper Pay
  • Weekday beeper pay @ $300 for 1st call and $200 for 2nd call
  • Weekend/holiday beeper pay @ $500 for 1st and 2nd call

Call Back Pay
  • Call back hours will be paid at $130/hour - Minimum of 2 hours pay is guaranteed
  • Payment for call back time will remain a separate form of payment from base salary guarantee
  • Incentive pay paid at $130/hour after 4:00 PM for any days working and not in a “shift” slot
  • Regular hours over 80 per pay period (not including call back hours) paid at $130/hour
Productivity Bonus
  • $2/ASA billable unit, split evenly amongst all full-time and part-time employees, according to work status.
  • Productivity Bonus paid out annually and pro-rated based on start date if less than twelve (12) months at end of fiscal. Fiscal year ends July 31st.
Annual Bonus
  • Once the employee’s Sign-On Bonus or Living Assistance Loan commitment is satisfied, an annual $10,000 bonus is compensated to employee. This is prorated from payoff date to the end of the fiscal if less than twelve (12) months.
  • If Sign-On Bonus or Living Assistance Loan is not received, employee is eligible for an annual $10,000 bonus at end of fiscal year. Employees will need to have been a CRNA/CAA for at least six (6) months of the fiscal year to be eligible for annual bonus.

Sign On Bonuses
  • $50,000 one-time special sign-on bonus offered to new hires until fully staffed (approx. 29 FTEs). Admin will reevaluate need after each FTE hired.
  • 36-Month Commitment (Annual Bonus eligible after 36-month commitment completed)
  • Immediately eligible to earn Productivity Bonus
  • Sign-on bonus will be forgiven in one-month installments until 36-month commitment achieved
  • Sign-on bonus will be taxed according to IRS guidelines
  • Provider will receive sign-on bonus within the 1st 30 days of hire
OR
Living Assistance Loan
  • $50,000 maximum total living assistance loan to be paid out as lump sum while currently enrolled in CRNA/AA program.
  • For each consecutive month they are employed full-time, one month of the total 36 months is forgiven
  • Living Assistance bonus will be taxed according to IRS guidelines
  • Provider will receive living assistance loan upon completion of required paperwork and formally
    accepting offer for full-time employment with 36-Month Commitment (Annual Bonus eligible after 36- month commitment completed)
  • Immediately eligible to earn Productivity Bonus
  • Requirements for living assistance loan forgiveness
  • Sign a promissory note
  • 3-year work commitment
  • Continuous enrollment in training program

    Note: If any of these requirements are not in compliance with the Living Assistance Loan agreement at any time the money is due back immediately
