· 4 CRNAs needed
·Avg surgical cases per day- 20-25
·80% General, 5% OB, 5% Complex Vascular (no open heart), 10% Complex Ortho
·Group of 5 MDs, 11 FT CRNAs, 6 PRN CRNAs, 0 AAs
·Supervision Model
·Cerner EHR
·7 ORs
·Will prepare anesthesia chart
·Mindray Machines in the OR
REQUIRED:
· MO State license; active, unrestricted
· Will accept IMLC Candidate - Active IMLC LOQ must be sent with presentation
ACLS/BLS
· Board Certified NBCRNA and DEA required
· COVID-19 Vaccine Required
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate
· Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
· Starting: June 24,2024
· CREDENTIALLING TIMEFRAME- 90 days, 30 day temps on clean file
