Shifts requested: 8s, 10s, 12s ; 36 hours per week minimum ; No call
Practice setting: Hospital
Ages: 16+
Cases: All types ; Heads and OB may be required
Heads, Hearts, or OB required: Heads and OB may be required
Supervision: Supervised
Requirements: ACLS, BLS, Proof of COVID Vaccination
Additional info: Level 1 trauma center ; 21 ORs, 13 ORs, 12 ORs across facilities ; EPIC EMR ; onboarding estimated at 90–120 days ; 4:1 CRNA to MDA ratio.
