Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced CRNA to work locum shifts in Deerfield Beach Florida (FL). Start date is as soon as credentialled, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The CRNA role:

• Schedule:
• Asap and ongoing
• 7a-3p, 7a-5p + weekday in-house call (5p-7a) and in-house weekend coverage
• Rush Start: Can get temps within 2-3 weeks for clean, FL Licensed clinicians.

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE

• FROM OUT OF STATE (NO LOCAL FL PROVIDERS)
• 30-hours of day coverage/wk and take weekend call – most shifts are 8s/10s/12s

Site 1: Fort Lauderdale, FL

• Level 1 trauma adult, level 2 trauma peds, Level 3 NICU
• 716 bed hospital, 20 OR, 2 L&D OR, 5 GI, 2 Cath/ep, 2 IR
• Care Team Model: 17 MD, 39 CRNA
• Average Monthly Cases: 1200, OB Deliveries 300
• Case types: GS, Ortho, OBGYN, ENT, plastics, CT, Neuro, Uro, EP, OMFS, Onc, Dental, Vasc, Thoracic, GI, Peds
• Required procedures: Trauma, CT, Peds, OB, Regional US Blocks

Site 2: Pompano Beach, FL

• Level 2 trauma adults, No Peds, No OB, No hearths
• 409 bed hospital, 14 OR, 4 Endo, 1 Cath/EP, 3IR/Neuro
• Care Team Model: 6 MD, 14 CRNA
• Average Monthly Cases: 680
• Types of Cases: Ortho, GS, Vasc, Eyes, GS, Uro, Neuro, EP, Plastics, Thoracic, ENT, OMFS, Pain, GI
• Required procedures: Trauma, Regional US

Site 3: Fort Lauderdale, FL

• No Trauma, No CT, No Heads, No OB, No Peds
• 204 bed hospital, 8 OR, 2 GI, 2 Cath, 4 ASC ORs
• Care Team Model: 5 MD, 11 CRNA
• Average Monthly Cases: 600
• Types of Cases: GS, GYN, Ortho, Bariatrics, Vasc, Robo, Uro, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Eyes, GI, Cath
• Required procedures: Regional US Blocks

Site 4: Coral Springs, Florida

• No Trauma, No CT, No Heads
• 250 bed hospital, 8 OR, 2 GI, 2 Cath, 1 IR, 3 L&D OR, 1 MRI
• Care Team Model: 6 MD, 17 CRNA
• Average Monthly Cases 560, OB Deliveries 150
• Case Types: GS, OBGYN, Ortho, Pod, Plastics, Bariatrics, Vasc, Robo, Neuro, ENT, Dental, GI, Cath,
• 25% case load is PEDS including Neonates
• Required procedures: Regional US Blocks, OB, PEDS

Requirements of the CRNA role:

• FL state license; active, unrestricted
• Active Board certified- NBCRNA
• FL DEA
• Certifications- BLS, ACLS and PALS
• Must have 2 years of CRNA experience
