Responsibilities Administer anesthesia and monitor patients' vital signs during surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthesia care plans. Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and obtain informed consent from patients. Ensure patient safety and comfort by adjusting anesthetic levels as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of anesthesia administration and patient responses. Qualifications Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid certification. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with medical staff and patients.
