LOCUM CRNA *127242: Northeast, Ohio Specialty: CRNA START: ASAC Dates/Schedule: Monday- Friday. Looking for FTE but flexible. Length: 3 months with the option to extend. Shift Hours: Arrive 7:00. Cases Start 7:30 to 3:30 or 5:30. 40 hours/week. Will consider 10-hour shifts. Call required? Call Ratio: NO CALL Case Mix: No OB or Cardiac. Looking for Ortho, General, Endoscopy. Trauma level II. Supervision: Yes 1:1 - 1:3 Active OH License Credentialing Time Frame: Approximately 60 days Orientation: First day. 1-2 days. Certifications Required: BLS/ACLS/ NBCRNA.
