- Endoscopy
- General
- OB/GYN
- Ortho
- Pain Management
- Urology
- Vascular
- Healthy Peds - must be comfortable with healthy peds cases - mostly ENT/Dental, spinals, and kids
- Blocks preferred; not needed
- Required experience, training, and certifications:
- Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
- AHA BLS
- AH ACLS
- AHA PALS
- NBCRNA
- MI License only due
- Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30 days
