LOCUM CRNA *129233: North, Iowa Specialty: CRNA Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level 2 trauma center. Dates/Coverage: Beginning ASAC - for 3 months with the option to extend. Schedule for new Locum CRNAs: Mon-Fri, 7 am - 3:30 pm (8-hour shifts only). Nightly and weekend call assistance is also highly desired. Case Mix: The hospital is a Level 2-Level 3 Trauma Center. The facility does hearts, spines, general surgery, occasional head, OB, etc. CRNAs must be comfortable with epidurals. Support Staff/Supervision: It is a mix of physicians and CRNAs. Credentialing Time-Frame: 30-45 days Active IA License: Yes, required at time of submission or IMLC Certifications: BLS and ACLS COVID-19 Vaccination: Yes Flights/Lodging/Rental or Mileage: Yes The Independence Difference: Never worry about your travel accommodations again!
