Direct Hire CRNA Role in Lake Havasu City, Arizona Monday - Thursday Schedule; 30-40 hours per week Eye cases only Mostly cataracts and retina surgeries Typically doing topical anesthesia, some MAC sedation very sporadically 20-30 cases per day average Independent CRNA position Comprehensive benefits Health, vision, dental Retirement Malpractice insurance $2500 and 5 days for CMEs 20 days PTO annually and 7 holidays $200-$220k base salary for W2 $5k commencement bonus $5k relocation assistance
