Number of cases: 4–10 per day depending on complexity
Ages: Healthy pediatrics through adults
Additional information: Medically directed ACT model (1:4); CRNAs not supervised; 5-OR center expanding coverage; current team of 1 Anesthesiologist and 4 CRNAs; credentialing in 2–4 weeks; RI license can be obtained after offer
