• Case Types: General, Ortho, OB, Endo, OB C-sec only
• Paper Charting
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4
• MD’s Supervising CRNA’s (3 to 1 and 2 to 1 Ratio)
• Must be Board Certified or Fellowship Required
• Willing to License
