- Support Staff/Supervision: Supervision Anesthesiologist 1:3
- Case Mix: General, Ortho, ENT, Neuro, CV-Open heart, Urology, GI, OB
- # of ORs: 289 beds, 12 ORs plus 8 off sites, 2 OB
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
- Active License: PA License; Active License required
- Certifications: ACLS + BLS & PA Child Abuse requirement for license
