  • Schedule:
    • 8 hours per day
    • Monday - Thursday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
    • 1:4 or 1:5 call
    • Call is off-site; Call 3 pm - 7 am weekdays; 3 PM Friday - 7 AM Monday - weekends
    • 1 night of Call per week
  • Cases/Procedures:
    • Endoscopy
    • General
    • OB/GYN
    • Ortho
    • Urology
    • Blocks preferred; not needed
    • No hearts/ No heads
  • Required experience, training, and certifications:
    • Prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience
    • Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
    • AHA BLS
    • AH ACLS
    • AHA PALS
    • NBCRNA
  • Case Logs: 75 within the last 12 months
  • Consider IMLC or waiting for a license: MI License only due to the timeframe
  • Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30 days
