LOCUM CRNA *130650: Southeast, Minnesota
- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: Hospital-based
- Dates: Coverage Dates: 8/18/2025 - 11/7/2025
- Schedule: 10 hr shifts (6:30 am - 5 pm) with call Monday-Thursday, 7 pm - 6 am, Friday 7 pm - Monday 6 am
- What is the minimum length of commitment requirement per month? 1.0 (4x10s/week) 10hr (6:30 am -5 pm)
- Is call required? Yes weekends starting Friday night 7p-6a on Monday (these are split up into 12 or 24 hour shifts); weeknight call as well. All call is home backup call. Call providers will only be called in case of emergency and onsite provider is already on a case. 30min call-back time for home call.
- Case Mix: all cases-cardiac (usually have at least 1 heart/day. They are straight-forward CABG, valves, etc), Cath lab, vascular, OB, thoracic, general, bariatric, urology, gynecology, robotics, etc.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Care Model; Medically directed
- Number of cases/day: 20-30
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 60 days
- Certifications required (board certification or life support, etc.): CRNA, APRN, BLS/ACLS, PALS
- Board Certified Required: Yes
- Active State License Required at presentation? Active state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) candidate
