LOCUM CRNA *128585: West, Pennsylvania

- Shift Schedule: 5 x 8's or 4x10's; Schedule at discretion of site
- Type of Patients/Cases: Ortho, general, plastics, trauma, hearts, heads, peds, vascular, carotids, and OB.
- Patients per Day/Volume: Varies
- Support Staff: Anesthesiologist
- Type of Care Model (Care Team of Independent): Medical direction
- Care Team: 1:3
- APRN or RN: RN only state
- Experience Required: 2+ years CRNA experience
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
- Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS
- Compact State: PA; Active License strongly preferred
- Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license
