- October: 24. November: 3, 5-7, 14, 26(call only).
- December: 10-12, 16-17, 22-23 (x2), 24, 29-30 (x2), 31(call only).
- 2026 dates:
- Jan: 26. Feb: 9-13, 16-20. March 2-6, 9-13, 16-20. April: 13-17, 20-24, 27-May1. May: 18-22, 25-29.
- June: 1-7. July 8-12. Ongoing weekly.
- Length of Assignment: Ongoing
- Shift Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
- Call Ratio: Yes. Schedule - every 4th night. Beeper- 30 minutes response time.
- Call Hours: 4 PM - 7 AM
- Case Mix: GS, Ortho, URO, Opthalmology, VAS, Dental, ENT, POD. Must be proficient in Spinals, blocks and epidurals.
- # of ORs: 3
- Staff: 4 providers on floor during day
- Supervision and Ratio: All CRNA practice. No supervision.
- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
