Schedule and Coverage:
- Shift Coverage: Scheduled + On Call
- Shift Schedule: Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 07:00 - 15:00
- Call Hours: 15:00 - 07:00 (treated as one shift with call)
- Call Frequency: Every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend
- Response Time: 30 minutes

General Job Responsibilities

Experience
- Must provide case logs showing proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
- Board Certification required; Board Eligible not accepted.
Additional Notes
- Credentialing timeframe: 30–60 days. Temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean background and malpractice history.
- COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions accepted).
