- Dates: Dec 10-12, Dec 16-17, dec 22-23 x2, Dec 24, Dec 29-30 x2, Dec 31, Jan 5- call only, Jan 26, Feb 9-13, Feb 16, March 16-20, April 13-17, April 20 call only, May 18-24, May 25- 29, June 1-5, June 8-12, June 15-19, June 22-26, ongoing weekly
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
- Call Hours: 3 pm - 7 am
- Scheduled Call: Every 4th night
- Supervision: All CRNA practice
- Type of cases required: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
- Number of ORs: 3
