- Dates: Oct 20-24; Oct 27-31; Nov 3-7; Nov 10-14; Nov 17-21; Nov 24-28; Dec 15-19; Dec 22-24; Dec 26; Dec 29-31; Jan 2
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
- Licensure Requirements: DEA and CSR required
- Hours: 7 am - 5 pm
- Supervision: All CRNA practice
- Type of cases required: ENDO, OB, GYN, Vascular, PEDs, General, ORTHO, Oral, ENT, Acute Pain Mgmt, Trauma. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
