Job description
We’re seeking an experienced CRNA to join a world-class anesthesia team at a Level I Trauma Center in Virginia. This full-time locums opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative academic environment, and the chance to work across multiple anesthesia settings, without the burden of call coverage.
Job Responsibilities
Patient Population: Ages 13 through end of life
Cases: General and GI-focused
Excluded Cases: Open heart/thoracic, obstetrics, pediatrics, peripheral nerve blocks
EMR: Epic
Qualifications
Active Virginia License (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably with academic or Level I/II trauma exposure)
ACLS & BLS (AHA only) – current and valid
DEA: Not required
Vaccinations:
COVID-19 – Required
Flu – Required
No local providers (must reside 50+ miles from facility)
Working Hours
No call required
Occasional rotating Saturday shift (approximately once per month)
