- Pediatric-only, high-acuity anesthesia
- Care Team Model: 1:1 or 2:1 depending on case complexity
- CRNAs perform regionals (including caudal), invasive lines, and staff all specialties including cardiac and trauma
- 24/7 CRNA presence for trauma, airway, and cardiac backup (no routine overnight case coverage)
- Base Pay: $93.42$144.80/hour (~$194K$301K annually)
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $50K (2-year commitment)
- **SRNAs Only - Pre-Graduation Stipend: $50K (2-year commitment)or $75K (3-year) 75% upfront, 25% at 90 day mark of employment
- Relocation Assistance: Yes (for moves over 50 miles)
- Licensure, DEA, and professional association fees fully reimbursed

- 1 week CME + $4,000 CME stipend

- Shift & call differentials:
- 24-hour shift premium: +$20/hr (if elected)
- Backup call: $10$15/hr
- Cardiac call (for cardiac CRNAs only): $10$15/hr
