Schedule:
- Shift: Day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Hours: 8-hour guarantee
- Days: Weekdays only
- Call: No call, no weekends
Assignment Details:
- Cases: Ophthalmology (eyes only); up to 20 cases per day
- Provider Setup: Solo CRNA (no MDA supervision)
- Operating Rooms: 2 ORs
- Surgeons: Up to 3 per day
- Pediatrics: None
- Charting: Paper documentation
