Job Description
- Start: Nov 10, Nov 28, Dec 22-23, Dec 26, March 30-31
- Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
- Call hours: 3 pm - 7 am
- Late Room Hours: 7 am - 5 pm (Monday- Friday, NOT Wed: 10 hours)
- Types of cases required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
- License Requirements: COI - IN PCF required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
