- Start Date: Feb 2-6, 9-13,16-20, 23-27. March 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-27. March 30-April 3, April 6-10, 13-17, 20-24, April 27-May 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 26-29
- Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts 7 AM - 3 PM
- Call Ratio: Yes, pager. Hours 3 PM - 7 AM. Every 4th night. No weekend Call for CRNAs.
- Case Mix: Ortho, Gen, Outpatient, Light peds, Vascular, Regional, No OB or Trauma. Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks.
- # of OR's: 6
- # of providers during day: 4-5
- Supervision and Ratio: Yes
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
- Certifications Required: PALS
- Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage:Yes
