LOCUM CRNA in Grants, New Mexico *Job ID: 135945 Dates: Oct 27; Dec 22-28; Dec 31; Jan 2-4 Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days Licensure Requirements: DEA and CSR required Hours: 7 am - 3 pm/Call hours: 3 pm - 7 am Call scheduled? Every other night, every other weekend Supervision: All CRNA Practice Type of cases required: Ortho, Gynecology, OB (less than 200 deliveries/year), Dental, Podiatry. -Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals.
