- Anesthesia care team model: 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs
- Diverse case mix: general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI, endo
- Set schedule with flexible options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s, and OB 24s available
- No call requirement and minimal weekends
- CRNAs perform A-lines, push own meds, and some PNBs (training available)
- Cardiac work available if desired
- New grads welcome
Compensation & Benefits
- Tiered base salary plus $30K geographic stipend
- Additional $15K stipend for cardiac proficiency
- Start date bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance
- 8 weeks PTO with no waiting period
- Premium pay for extra shifts or working past scheduled hours

- 401K with company match starting at 3% and increasing with tenure
- 100% paid malpractice coverage (occurrence-based, no tail)
