Looking for a CRNA to assist with coverage in Flagstaff, AZ - licensing opportunity
Start Date: January 12, 2026
Assignment Length: January 12 – May 10, 2026

Shifts: 7:00a–3:00p, 7:00a–5:00p, 7:00a–7:00p, or 3:00p–11:00p

EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Requirements

Board Certification: NBCRNA (CRNA required)

State License: Arizona (can license prior to start if needed)

DEA: Not required
-
CSR: Not required
-
Certifications: BLS or ACLS required

Minimum Experience: Recent hospital experience required
