- Anesthesia Care Team Model: 9 General Anesthesiologists, 4 CV Anesthesiologists, and 29 CRNAs
- Coverage across 20 sites of service
- Diverse case mix: Trauma, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, OB, General, Ortho, Urology, GYN, GI, and Pediatrics
- Annual surgical volume: 18,000 cases, including 500 labor epidurals
- Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
- Post-call day off and shared weekday/weekend call
- Practice at the top of your license with strong clinical support
Compensation & Benefits
- W2 employed position with tiered compensation based on experience
- Stipends available for specialty skills
- Start date bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000
- $2,500 CME stipend
- Malpractice covered 100% (occurrence-based)
- 401K with company match
