- Care Team Model: 4 MDs and 8 CRNAs covering 6 sites of service
- Annual surgical volume: 5,500 cases
- Case mix: general surgery, orthopedics, and GI
- No cardiac. No OB. No call. No nights.
- Set schedule: 5x8s
- Practice at the top of your license with strong clinical support
Compensation & Benefits
- W2 employed position with tiered compensation based on experience
- Start date bonus up to $75,000
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
- $2,500 CME stipend
- Malpractice covered 100% (occurrence-based)

- Immediate 8 weeks PTO (front loaded/no accrual period)
