• Full-time, W-2 hospital-employed CRNA role
• 🕒 4x10 weekday schedule no call, no weekends, no holidays
• 🧠 Case mix: General, ENT, ortho, plastics, urology, neuro
• No OB, peds, trauma, or cardiac
