• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4×10s (40 hours/week guaranteed)
• Coverage: Scheduled only — no call required

Case Mix

• Ortho
• General Surgery

Skills Required: Ortho, GYN, Urology, General Surgery, and ability to assist with C-sections
(No blocks or epidurals required)

Department & Site Details

• Practice Setting: Pre/Post-Op with 5 ORs running 2 days/week
• Some supervision days; other days more direction
• Adult population only
• Charting: Paper charting + Meditech (in-house)
• Minimum Experience: 2 years acute care
• Geographical radius rule: Providers must live 50+ miles from the facility
• Full-time candidates only

Requirements

• NBCRNA
• Active North Carolina license (compact accepted; no licensing candidates)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• DEA not required
• Emergency privileges available for clean files
• Credentialing timeframe: Up to 90 days (but emergency temp privs possible in a few weeks)

• Mileage and lodging covered
• Preferred hotels available within the approved rate
