Highlights
- Location: Washington, DC
- Setting: Level I Pediatric Trauma
- Start Date: 3/2/2026
- Schedule:
- 4×10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Weekend call required
- Some days may end early (3:30 PM) or run late (6:30 PM)
- Coverage: Scheduled + call required
- Assignment Length: 3–6 months
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
- Pay Range: (call to discuss structure)
- Travel: Priority for local candidates; limited travel options
Case Mix
- Pediatric anesthesia
- Must be willing to see cardiac patients (cardiac experience preferred but not required)
- Complex pediatric cases
- Congenital cardiac experience preferred
Department Details
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
- High-acuity pediatric environment
Requirements
- NBCRNA
- Active DC license (will consider licensing candidates)
- PALS certification
- Pediatric experience required (prefer 3 years)
