- Care Team Model: 10 General Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs
- Coverage across 18 sites of service
- Diverse case mix: Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics, GI
- No trauma, no cardiac, no pediatrics
- Annual surgical volume: 17,000 cases
- Flexible scheduling: mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
- Separate in-house Nighthawk team for overnight coverage
- Practice at the top of your license with strong clinical support
Compensation & Benefits
- W2 employed position with tiered compensation based on experience
- Start date bonus up to $75,000
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
- Immediate 8 weeks PTO (no accrual period)
- $2,500 CME stipend
- Malpractice covered 100% (occurrence-based)
