What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support a team of 14 APPs and 10 anesthesiologists
- Oversee scheduling and maintain efficient perioperative workflow
- Drive performance improvement and risk management programs
- Ensure compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements
- Lead educational initiatives for APP continuing education
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment
- Partner with recruitment teams to attract top talent

- Schedule: 4x10s

Compensation & Benefits
- W2 employed position with competitive compensation
- $75,000 start date bonus with 3-year commitment
- Premium pay at $170/hr for extra shifts or working past scheduled hours
