- Care Team Model: 18 general anesthesiologists (including 3 CV) and 60 APPs
- Coverage across 27 sites of service
- Diverse case mix: Trauma, Cardiac, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, General, Ortho, Urology, GI, and Pediatrics
- Candidates must be proficient in pediatrics and trauma, including complex neuro
- Annual surgical volume: 24,000+ cases and 3,000+ OB cases
- Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available
- Practice at the top of your license with strong clinical support
Compensation & Benefits
- W2 hospital-employed position with no restrictive covenant
- $75K start date bonus with early sign-on option up to 14 months before start
- Competitive compensation + Specialty skill stipends for complex neuro, pediatrics, and cardiac
- Premium pay for extra shifts or working past scheduled hours
- 8 weeks PTO frontloaded

- $2,500 CME stipend
